Membership
We do not charge any membership fees — there is no membership required to shop with us.
Transit, handling & order cut-off (domestic)
Order handling time: 0–1 days (Mon–Sat)
Order transit time: 3–5 days (Mon–Fri)
Delivery terms
We use Royal Mail, Evri or Parcel Force to deliver the product. If you have a question about the carrier or a specific delivery, please contact us (details below).
Change of address
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at su*****@**********************co.uk.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels damaged in transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please—if possible—reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service immediately.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps and we'll guide you through the claims process.
